THE BRIEF
FIRST STOP
First stop, Tipis4Hire, a local Tipi company provided a stunning 4 hat Tipi for 120 guests. A family business and super easy to work with, this supplier is very experienced as one of the first companies in the UK to establish themselves in the market. Next stop Wild Hare Events – a lovely lot that provides gorgeous glamping all around the UK for festivals and parties alike. Just look at this spectacular Lotus Mahal provided for a bunch of very very lucky kids indeed!
With the stage set, we then added the detail…
THE RODEO BULL
With some 3-day eventers for Great Britain amongst the guest, the client thought a rodeo bull would be a great way to test their skills!
THE FOOD
Vanilla Bean helped us to serve up a gorgeous buffet service with roasted lamp, hasselback potatoes and salads to die for. Dessert was served as light bites on carousels on the table afterwards.
THE BAR
Always smiling, and always mixing the best drinks our guys provided the mixology with panache. We even had one of the world’s greatest Flair Bartenders in our midst – the great Oliver Deak who has a meagre 139k followers on Instagram!
THE ENTERTAINMENT
Stealing the show were Fake Tan Band! Always a winner, we had great difficulty keeping the guests off the stage as they rocked and bopped the night away to a medley of covers till 2am.
Just in case they hadn’t had enough to eat, Dough & Deer joined us at 11.30 pm to serve 80 warm and delicious pizzas from their super cool Landrover Pizza oven. It’s a thing of great beauty and was just perfect for the countryside setting. Yummy!
