Dense and robust, this mouth-filling wine from the Southern Rhône has savoury and gamey flavours, warm and satisfying. Ventoux wines benefit from an unspoilt natural environment of exceptional biodiversity and the vineyard at Domaine Champ-Long is no exception. The vineyard faces southwest and is cultivated according to traditional methods, with the utmost respect for the environment. Organic fertilisers are applied and the grapes are manually harvested at optimum maturity levels. Deep luscious aromas of blackcurrants and dark cherry are accompanied by delicate spicy notes on the nose. Round and beautifully structured with supple tannins and a long, satisfying finish.
