How many cocktails should I add for a 1 hour reception?
We recommend 2 cocktails per person on top of other drinks on offer at request from the bar.

How many cocktails should I add for a 2 hour reception?
We recommend 3 cocktails per person on top of other drinks on offer at request from the bar.

I want cocktails all night long.  How many should I add?
We recommend 1 cocktail per guest per hour of your party.  Note our package includes a 6-hour service time

How many glasses of wine are there in a bottle?
There are 4-5 glasses of wine in a bottle of wine

How many glasses are there in a bottle of prosecco?
There are 5-6 glasses in a bottle of prosecco

How much beer should I add?
You know your crowd better than us!  If your demographic are big beer drinkers – please load up!

Do you do sale and return?
Yes – we can do 20% over and above the minimum spend on sale and return copy from our T&Cs if you like (below)

Will you bring extra just in case?
We will always bring enough stock to make an extra 20% – in the event that this 20% is needed we will only serve and charge for these with the permission of the Client.

Here’s our Top Tip.  Add up all the drinks as a total and divide by the number of guests!

A little note. Due to the perishable nature of the ingredients in our cocktails we have to know roughly how many drinks we are going to make, for this reason we can not sell cocktails on a consumption basis.
