Vegetarian: Broad bean, pea, ricotta & mint tart, yellow courgette & green bean parcel, parmesan sables, radish spiedini (ve, n).
Fish: Smoked salmon rillette (gf), Dorset crab doughnut, tuna tataki (df, gf), smoked seabass taco.
Meat: Glazed chicken spiedini (gf), Gloucester shire Old Spot sausage roll, bresaola crostini, Zaatar lamb leg.
Cakes: Carrot cake (ve, df, n), chocolate & salted caramel cake (v, gf), lemon drizzle cake (v), strawberry & basil cream (v).
